We started Unlocked in 2024 as a husband-and-wife team with a simple mission:
to build a space that made people excited to train, stay consistent, and feel part of something real.
No egos. No pressure. Just progress one session at a time.
Whether your goal is to feel stronger, fitter, more confident, or just a little more like you again we’ve got you. Every session is coach-led, energy-driven, and designed to meet you exactly where you're at.

At Unlocked, our coaches are more than instructors they’re energy-givers, confidence-builders, and the reason you’ll actually want to show up.
Tiaan – Co-founder & Head Coach
Tiaan leads from the front passionate, knowledgeable, and all heart. With years of experience in performance coaching, he’s here to challenge you, cheer for you, and guide you to results you didn’t think were possible. Expect a session that’s structured, intentional, and full of hype.
Albert – The Calm Assassin
Albert brings the balance. Calm but powerful, he’s the coach who sees everything your form, your mindset, and your potential. With a background in functional fitness and mobility, he’ll meet you exactly where you are and push you just enough to get you where you want to be.
Armin – The Machine
Our strongest avenger. Relentless energy. Always moving. Always pushing. Armin brings the fire with technical strength training and next-level motivation. He’s the coach who’ll remind you what you’re capable of and keep it fun while you get there.
