HOW OUR SESSIONS WORK

Every Unlocked session is designed to meet you where you're at with the right intensity, the right guidance, and the energy to match.

WE START WITH A WARM-UP 

One of the most important parts of your session. It’s built to activate your body, prevent injury, and get your mind in the zone.

THEN WE MOVE INTO THE MAIN WOROUT

Where your coach will guide you through three levels so you can choose what works best for you:

LEVEL 1

Ready to go full throttle? This level brings the heat.

LEVEL 2

For those feeling strong and confident. This is your solid middle ground.

LEVEL 3

Perfect if you're new, coming back from injury, or want to move at a steady pace.

HOW WE FINISH

ON CARDIO DAYS WE
FINISH WITH A FINISHER

a Quick, high-energy burst to spike your heart rate one last time.

ON STRENGTH DAYS WE END WITH GUIDED STRETCHING

This is to support recovery, mobility, and long-term progress.
